Reva is proud to offer a variety of floor plans to suit every need, with layouts ranging from 457 1,192 square feet, and in floor plans ranging from studio to 2-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans range from 9 to 13 high with select apartments featuring sweeping views of the Potomac, Ronald Reagan National Airport, Alexandria, and Washington, DC.

Application Process

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.
Yes. Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
