National Landing is the unified name for three connected Arlington neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. Crystal City took shape in the 1960s and 1970s as one of the region's first high-rise office districts, and for decades it was known more as a place to work than a place to live. That has changed. The name National Landing was introduced in 2018 alongside Amazon's selection of the area for its second headquarters, and the neighborhood has been transforming ever since, with Amazon HQ2 at Metropolitan Park, the Virginia Tech Innovation Campus at Potomac Yard, new parks, and a fast-growing dining scene along Crystal Drive.

Getting Around National Landing
The Grace and Reva sit directly across the street from the Crystal City Metro station, where the Blue and Yellow lines place downtown DC roughly two stops and under 10 minutes away. The Crystal City VRE station adds regional rail for commuters reaching farther into Virginia, and Reagan National Airport is minutes from home.
National Landing is one of the largest walkable downtowns in Virginia, and it is genuinely bikeable too. Capital Bikeshare stations sit throughout the neighborhood, and the Mount Vernon Trail traces the Potomac for a car-free route toward Old Town Alexandria or the National Mall.
